We offer many co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs, and opportunities for teams to compete at local, state and national levels. When teams reach competitive levels which may require travel, every team member is required to participate so the team is not held back from the competition.

Some of the clubs that we offer are:

Student Council

Open to Grades 5-8

Members of the Student Council are encouraged to model the school's mission by trickling down the good message of positive character traits to all students. They participate in a variety of opportunities enabling the student members to develop effective leadership and communication skills.

Moderator: Mrs. Jennifer Aldrich

Yearbook club is run by our 7th and 8th grade students. As a group, the students create the yearbook cover, take photographs, and design the layout of the school's yearbook. Creativity and collaboration are emphasized as students work in pairs or trios to choose the design for each page.

Science Bowl

Moderator: Mrs. Herr

Science Bowl is open to 7th & 8th grade students beginning in September.  6th graders can join the second half of the year.  Science Bowl involves studying jeopardy style questions in science and math based on middle school and high school material.  The Science Bowl competition is held at St. Christopher the first Saturday in March.

Bound for Broadway

Moderators: Miss Schnackel & Mr. Polen

Bound for Broadway is our drama club and open to any 5th through 8th grade student. Our students learn about theatrical terms, acting skills, and teamwork which all culminates in auditioning and performing in a Broadway Jr. show each year. Our productions are put on at the Ghostlight Theatre. Bound for Broadway is very fortunate to have an annual grant from The Remember Ryan Foundation. Our students have also had the opportunity to participate in the Shea's Junior Theater Celebration for 3 years in a row.
